About Me
I am originally trained as an evolutionary and statistical geneticist. Though I still work and teach on these topics, these days I am particularly interested in degrowth, social ecology and environmental justice.
I hold a bachelor degree from Harvard University and a PhD from UC Berkeley. I currently work as an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen (UCPH). You can visit my lab’s webpage here.
In my free time, I’m also an active member of various networks and collectives struggling for social and ecological transformation, including Scientist Rebellion, the Movement for a Free Academia and Academics for Palestine. If not in my lab or giving lectures, you might find me on the streets, demanding a better world with fellow activists and scientists.
